Cancellation Policy

  • All CMCO Online training courses (available at are for the one-time use of registered students. Upon receipt of payment, students will be e-mailed a web link to access the on-line training course. The web link and course registration are non-transferable. Course materials are protected by copyright and cannot be accessed by other students, distributed within a company, or otherwise distributed to any person other than the registered student.   
  • If, for any reason, a student cancels a CMCO Online training class that the student has not accessed or viewed (confirmed through Operator Network), and provides notice of the cancellation to CMCO within 15 days of the date of purchase, CMCO will refund the purchase price or credit the purchase price toward other training opportunities offered through If the student does not notify CMCO of cancellation within 15 days of purchase, no credit or cash refund will be given.
